Grand Distribution is a large national holding company which occupies one of the leading places at the distribution market for FMCG in Ukraine.
an extreme tour
Project goals and tasks: to create an extreme tour in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s top management as the company will see some of restructuring in the near future. To develop a unique idea of an extreme tour. Unite people by the same goal.

Guests: 70 people from 6 regions of Ukraine

The Quest inside the location with historical value and a difficult route.
The Grand Race Project was implemented on unfamiliar location in Kamianets-Podilskyi (Western Ukraine) and as a result that was really difficult to set the route for racing.
Four locations were chosen with 6 challenges on each.
The quest concept is based on f the Amazing Race reality show.
Correctly chosen cast, the immersion in the atmosphere of historical, magical flavor. Well thought out logistics and direction of the quest served as a guarantee of the success of the project.
After concluding the Grand Race project the company’s management thanked many times the agency for the work that’s been completed, noted the high level of professional competence in implementing the unique and original ideas that were demonstrated during the creation of the event.
The company’s decision was to change part of the top management structure which led to personnel reforms and hence improved performance standards. The company’s staff members became a real team.
