The event included social fair-picnic with a fixed cost of amusements and food, children’s location, sports location, the lottery conducting, local bands and officials performance, patriotic balls distribution and Vitaly Kozlovsky and Dmitry Kolyadenko performances left a vivid impression in the memory of city residents and nearby areas.
