Project tasks and goals:
to create and implement the concept of the Field Day aimed at attracting new partners and demonstrating the capacities and scientific development of maize hybrids in the Stepova agricultural corporation.
Target audience: agronomists, farmers, leading scientists in the agroindustrial complex, business owners, foreign delegations.
Guests: 300 people
Terms: 1.5 month
The concept of a guest Ukrainian house was implemented and it opens its doors to the streets of hybrids, treats, drinking (pubs) and fun.
The registration area, partner zones, the company’s image promo stand, the entertainment location, the main location were decorated in the style of the Ukrainian village.
Zoning provided a comfortable presence of 300 guests.
The event included 4 excursions, a fair of dishes, lottery, drum show, Tatyana Reshetnyak performance the finalist of the Voice Show. No one remained indifferent.
